There come times when companies score big with a certain product and end up revising it and making it even better, so as to repeat performances, and Thermaltake did something of this very sort with the Level 10 case.

Each year, a few products end up distinguishing themselves from all the rest through various features.

Thermaltake, as a high-profile maker of computer cases and cooling devices, can be said to have created a signature chassis.

The Level 10 was designed even before 2010 started and was built in collaboration between Thermaltake itself and BMW Group DesignworksUSA.

Now, the company has issued a press release in order to trumpet the official release of the case's successor, dubbed Level 10 GT.

It was originally revealed at CES 2011 and is highly compartmentalized, meaning both high aesthetic value and cooling effectiveness.

USB 3.0 is also among its assets, as is the EasySwap Potstop 5 feature, which makes all five drive bays removable (they have buttons that can make them slide out).

"[Level 10 GT] is a revision of the [Level 10] that is meant to be more affordable ($269 MSRP), but still keep the same styling as the original Level 10. This case has a ton of great features,” Commented Bob Buskirk, owner of Thinkcomputers.org.

“The first is that there are 5 internal hot-swappable bays, each of these bays can fit 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch drives. These bays are easily removed by pressing in a button on the side and sliding them out. This case is designed to be a gaming case so there is a pull out headphone holder, which is perfect for LAN parties."

Anyone interested in this ultra-high-end gaming chassis need only drop by this particular produce page and take a direct look at all available information. Amazon has supposedly already listed it for $256.40.
