14 DAY TRIAL // The other week, Kanye West came out with a track called “Theraflu,” in which he professed his love for Kim Kardashian and dissed her ex-husband Kris Humphries. The song is now known under a different name.
Theraflu, for those who don't know, is a very popular cold medicine – and the name of the song made sense, because it had Kanye singing about how he was so cool his enemies needed Theraflu after coming into contact with him.
Now, the song is called “Way Too Cold” and reports online claim that Theraflu legally pressured the rapper into making the change.
He gave in, it would seem.
Officially, though, the company won't admit to it, saying in a statement that, “Novartis Consumer Health did not ask that the name be changed – that request would be way too cold.”
