Complaints about the Nano scratches have reached Apple's headqurters in just a few days after the misterious launch conference on September 7th. Now, two months after Nano came to life, it's time to have his first law-suit party, and the British and the Mexicans considered throwing it an expensive 'festivity'.

A class-action lawsuit on behalf of all iPod nano buyers in Mexico and the United Kingdom was filed in the US District Court for Northern California, at the end of last week.

The law suit is based on the extensive damage that surfaced on Nano's case and screen while the player was properly handled. Apple is also accused of being aware of the player's delicate state before putting it out on the market, but there were no interventions to stop a very fragile player from being damaged this easily. It might turn out that Apple has released this product in a hurry, but that's still no reason to overlook quality standards to such extent.

The purpose of this law suit is to represent and recover the lost money for all those who live outside of the United States and purchased an iPod Nano. So far, Apple didn't make any comment on the situation.
