The Korean electronics manufacturer, Safa, has recently unveiled its latest player, the V2. Not surprisingly, the music item was first introduced on the Korean market.

The player looks unexpectedly good, featuring a black glossy design and quite an amount of impressive capabilities. Does Samsung know about this?

The V2 comes with a 2" 260k color LCD display and boasts support for various audio and video file formats. So, it can deal really well with most of the audio file formats available on the market, such as MP3, WMA, WAV and AVI. If the internal memory is not enough for all the music you'd like to store on the player, then feel free to insert a miniSD memory card for additional music boast.

When it comes to the latest trends, the V2 is always in fashion. So, it sports external speakers, specially added so you can annoy everybody around you with the funky tunes available on the net, or just share the music with the beloved ones. With such impressive audio options, I just wonder why anyone would want to use the other integrated functions. But if you're a journalist or a police investigator, the voice recorder can always be useful.

If the owner somehow gets bored with the player's music, s/he can always rely on the good old FM tuner capable of making your morning coffee far more exciting with the latest news. Or - why not? - listen to the foreign DJs while on trips.

The Korean manufacturers thought about the youngest possible users of the V2 player, and added the popular Tetris game, as a relaxation method, good to use while you're commuting or attending boring classes. Moreover, there is an additional image and text viewer to use while listening to the music.

Off the record, the 1GB and 2GB Safa players will retail somewhere around $160 a pop! How about that?
