RIAA: They simply can't stop. Sucking.

I guess everyone who is connected to the music and IT worlds has knowledge (if not even extensive knowledge) about the DRM wars and how much does RIAA suck. I mean, let's face it: I simply can't believe that RIAA is loved throughout the world and especially the US. It's like loving a person who is constantly stalking you, causing you only troubles, ripping you off, disturbing your life and overall, practically not giving a flying f**k about you.

And since you say you're connected to the RIAA and all that crap, you must also be familiarized with the anti-RIAA banner depicting a toilet paper role with RIAA printed on it: a sign of how much respect the online community has for the all-motherf**king organization.

Well, you know that picture and they know it as well. It does little honor to them and what's more annoying is the fact that they aren't doing anything to at least be able to claim for some "clemency" from the public. It looks like they just suit it and vice-versa and even more, like they're starting to love it.

The last pile of crap coming from RIAA is related to the threatening letters sent recently to 13 American universities across the US. RIAA threatens with many lawsuits unless $3,000 worth of penalties and damage is paid by every targeted student in 20 days' time. Funny thing is that one Ohio University student was accused of having distributed 787 illegal files and RIAA, in their proverbial understanding and clemency, will charge only the minimum $750 per copyright infringement. Do the maths and it will go as far as over $590,000.

Funny thing with RIAA is that they are eager to crush any student who has shared some crappy music on a campus network and ask for some immense damage money. One thing is not clear: if that student made at least $100k, OK - let's cut the motehrf**er down and make him pay up to the last dime. But hell, no! That student exchanged music as the whole planet does! He/she is not the friggin' mafia! People, ease up!

I am just curios whether all the music content on the computers of RIAA's employees' children is copyrighted and thus legally obtained... L (Laughing) O (Out) L (Loud)! Admit it, you are doing the same things as those whom you're punishing! This is why we all stand against you and say you suck: because you do, you hypocrites! But you not only suck, you are trying to suck more money off your peers, as well; and this makes you suck even more.

This is why people are making banners with RIAA-printed toilet paper: you refuse to either admit or worse - to understand - that music sharing can't be stopped and will not be stopped unless the internet disappears completely or you are able to spy on every byte running on the planets networks. We all know you'd like a lot this last thing yet we also know you can't, because you're not a government agency. You tried some crap some time ago and attempted to force down some ISPs to disclose some data but things aren't running the way you want all the time.

Ah, before I write once more about how it makes me happy to load up the toilet paper pic as I post a new article about you, one more thing. Even if you could control the p2p around the world, still, people will trade music on CDs and DVD's, flash sticks and so on. It will take a long time until a ground network and data flow will thrive, but finally it will...
