D'oh! "The Simpsons: Minutes to Meltdown" mobile game is from now on available for download and play. Loved the movie? Then you'll be crazy about the game, as it follows the same action and looks to save the day.

The game asks for the player to prevent a meltdown at the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant, while interacting with Bart, Mr. Burns, Apu and some other characters from Springfield. The challenge is pretty big, as Krusty the Clown and Officer Lou are pretty hard to beat.

One of the greatest things about this game is that it brings the same cartoon-like graphics as that seen in the movie. This makes a colorful and amusing time spent while trying to save the day without being too clumsy.

Among the challenges that the player will have to face, there is also that of searching for Homer's car keys. Come on, everybody loses those! Next, the player has to avoid attacks from townspeople and potential disasters, while rushing through Downtown Springfield. Finally, the player has to race against the clock in order to get to the Springfield Power Plant in time to stop a meltdown. That's what saving the day means when you're Homer.

The game will also include some of the most amusing scenes from the film, which should make it even more enjoyable. This will cram the world of "The Simpsons" on the small screens of mobile phones and involve the player in the saving the day action.

The game should be tons of fun, especially for the great number of fans for this TV show. "The Simpsons: Minutes to Meltdown" is now available for download across the US and Europe for the low price of USD 2 and is compatible with a great number of handsets from some of the major operators.
