When it comes to rom-coms and classic feel-good movies, few others can hold a candle to the 1990 release “Pretty Woman,” the ultimate story of rags to riches, starring Julia Roberts and Richard Gere.

This year marks the 25th anniversary of the film, and producers on NBC’s The Today Show have found the perfect way to celebrate it, by bringing the gang back together. This is the first time in 25 years that they’re together again.

Embedded below is a teaser video for the reunion: Julia Roberts, Richard Gere, Hector Elizondo, Laura San Giacomo, and director Garry Marshall sat down for an interview with Matt Lauer, but not before exchanging hugs and smiles and nice words.

For the full interview, we’ll have to wait a bit more, because it will air on March 24. NBC doesn’t say anything about what we should expect from it, but it’s probably safe to assume there will be plenty of reminiscing and recounting of funny stories of on-set occurrences

Until then, let’s just take a moment and appreciate the fact that Gere agreed to do this. A few years ago, when asked about it, he described “Pretty Woman” as “silly” and “totally forgettable,” wondering out loud why people still talked about it since he nearly forgot he starred in it.
