Joanna Rohrback has a message for the haters and yes, it does involve prancercising

Prancercising is perhaps the silliest and funniest exercising method to be dug up on the Internet this year. It involves exercises inspired by a horse’s prancing and it was created by Joanna Rohrback. She’s back with a new video.

When her videos went viral, Rohrback had been prancercising for many years, as I also noted back then. She copyrighted the routine in 1989.

That didn’t stop the haters from hatin’ though, so, understandably upset, she has made the video above to let them know that they can’t bring her down.

As you can see, she’s again sporting a statement necklace, ‘80s-inspired fashion (take that Rihanna!) and a very funky wig. At least, I think it’s a wig.

Her message is simple: haters gonna hate, prancers gonna prance. So here she is, prancing prancercising.
