The Pentagon recently opened a new YouTube channel to help the local authorities fight against virtual war that shows the Americans as the Iraq's bad guys. Because the cyberspace is now hosting the war between the users from all around the world, The Pentagon decided to make a clever move and open a YouTube channel to help them make their opinions popular on the Internet.

"Now the Pentagon has a plan to turn the tide in cyberspace. A month ago it set up a YouTube channel featuring videos of its exploits in Iraq. The channel - clearly aimed at young people the Pentagon hopes to recruit to the US Army - shows a wide array of short videos, from street battles to night attacks on al-Qaeda to soldiers handing out footballs to grateful Iraqi kids," The First Post reported today.

Some time ago, YouTube signed a deal with Al Jazeera, a TV channel based in Qatar that is continuously showing hot information concerning the war. At this time, there are a lot of YouTube channels available to the users, most of the partnerships causing new pages on Google's video product.

For example, the search giant started a while ago a powerful partnership campaign that attracted a considerable number of companies from all over the world. Some of the most famous names are surely Chelsea FC, NBA and BBC, three of the firms that brought some new video content for YouTubers. BBC even created three channels because the search giant agreed to host two pages with entertainment content while the third website providing news clips. At this time, YouTube is continuously opening new channels to all the companies that are looking for a simple way to post their clips and make their projects more popular.
