Nokia has just released a solution for connecting to Mac devices and transferring media information. This software is meant to be able to bring images, music and videos through the iSync plugins straight to Nokia mobile phones.

All that mobile phones require in order to fully support the Nokia Media Transfer 1.0 beta version is to run on Symbian 60 platform. A transfer between iTunes and the mobile device takes place quite easily, just as it would between regular PC files and handsets.

During the transfer process, the size of the files is considerably reduced in order to provide more space for other such personal data. As a result of this, anyone will be able to listen to their iPod songs on the Nokia mobile phone with the least effort.

Moreover, Nokia Media Transfer 1.0 Beta also allows transferring contacts and calendar information between mobile phones and Mac computers with the help of iSync. One useful aspect about this is that events listed in the calendar and transferred from Mac to the mobile phone will also automatically go to iCal. This is Apple's desktop calendar, which makes sure that all the handset's users will not forget his schedule.

There is even more information to be transferred between Mac and Nokia mobile phone. This includes phone numbers, addresses, email and web addresses, as well as any personal images.

The fact that Nokia has thought of a solution for making their phones work with Mac media content too may be welcomed by many people. The highest appreciation will still come from all those who love the Apple content but who would rather not have to buy an iPhone in order to receive it at best quality.

Nokia Media Transfer 1.0 Beta proves to be an extremely useful software for Mac users, as it enables them to easily transfer personal files with little effort.
