14 DAY TRIAL // It's safe to say that appetites had been already whet when the first stills for the “Sin City” sequel came out a couple of days ago, featuring a bra-clad Jessica Alba, a tough Mikey Rourke and a beat-up Joseph Gordon-Levitt.
Today, as the first trailer was released, the sheer awesomeness that is going to be “Sin City 2: A Dame to Kill For” became evident to the entire world. The trailer promises an action-packed ride that is filled with mystery, seduction and treachery in a city that is haunted by crime and passion.
Directors Frank Miller and Robert Rodriguez cleverly make use of a star-studded cast which they flaunt in this presentation. Among them you'll catch glimpses of Josh Brolin, Eva Green, Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Jessica Alba.
The sequel promises some new stories in order to provide a surprise even to those fans who read the graphic novels as it has a lot of high expectations to live up to following the success of the original “Sin City” that came out in 2005. It promises to weave together two Frank Miller classic stories with new tales.
“Sin City 2: A Dame to Kill For” is set to be released in cinemas across the United States starting with August 22 this year, after it was originally supposed to come out last year.
