It is already getting plenty of publicity, but mostly negative

The idea or the concept behind this handset was probably an innovative one, and, after taking a peek at the end product it's pretty obvious. This Neoi release, claiming to be the thinnest QWERTY phone on the market, has gotten the attention and publicity it was aiming for, and mostly in a positive way.

The 906E features an unusual design, which is actually a good thing, but at first glance it seems that some compromises have been made regarding other capabilities of this phone in order to create this original appearance.

In any case, moving on to the actual specs of this Neoi, this tri-band QWERTY phone packs some appealing features such as an MP3 player, 512MB of internal memory, a microSD slot supporting cards up to 8GB and a 620mAh Li battery capable of withstanding 150 minutes of talk time and 300h of stand-by time.

The included features are, nonetheless notable, mostly the 65K color incredibly small TFT display, measuring 26mm x 21mm. Those looking for bigger displays will probably avoid the device, but the 906E won't suffer too much as its target is just as large with people that want tiny-sized handsets.

The phone is also the first micro-sized Java J2Me hand phone. Further, in order to attract as many customers as possible, Neoi has made available a free CoomSuite Chat account and free client for work or home PCs for its customers that have purchased the device with a SIM card and a phone number.
