The Middletons are planning to take over the US. Michael and Carole, Kate Middleton’s parents, together with Pippa, are now considering the option of opening an office in New York, which would help them expand their party-catering business across the pond.

The New York Daily News’ Confidenti@l section reveals, citing an unnamed insider, that the Middletons have already talked to Pippa to help them find the perfect location to open an office, given that she’s pretty familiar with the city.

If they go through with the plan, she will be spending more time here than back home in the UK, the insider says.

“Party Pieces’ overseas business has been extraordinary with America dominating much of the interest. It has prompted the Middletons to look at establishing an office in the US so that they can bolster their brand and even tie into other companies and ventures. They feel New York offers them a good starting point,” the spy says.

“Office spaces are being looked at and Pippa has been asked by her parents about her thoughts on a good location as she has scouted the city before,” the source further reveals.

“The plan is for the business to partner with other U.S. brands, like they did with their One Direction-themed products for parties,” adds the insider.

However, the challenge is to find a way to expand the business without upsetting the Palace or the media back home.

They don’t want people to think they’re riding on Kate’s coattails and her royal connection to boost interest in their business.

“The Middletons have been extremely careful not to upset Buckingham Palace by seemingly trading off Kate’s link to royalty. I am not sure if they will even announce the move or just let it happen and move on from there. They are adamant they will never trade off Kate’s royal links to get ahead in business,” the same unnamed source explains.
