We want more employees, the search giant seems to say

Several clips meant to show life at Googleplex were published on the online video sharing service YouTube showing actual Google employees talking about their jobs. Although there's no official statement concerning the goal of the clips, it looks like a new attempt of campaign meant to improve the image of the Mountain View company and attract some new employees. The clips were first observed by Valleywag that also sustained the guest stars are some Google employees.

"Meet a few of the happy, dedicated, intelligent folk working at Google via Youtube. Personal favorites: Nina Kang who is ecstatic that she had to spend two hours fixing a bug in Google Maps that forced an infinite loop of U-turns and Eileen Naughton who tells us that chairmen of companies want to visit the Googleplex "to sit on the physioballs." Who doesn't, Eileen?" the publication said.

As you might know, life at Googleplex is quite attractive for most of the Internet users because the Mountain View company is offering special conditions and great salaries. Moreover, Google was named as the best company to work for, a research conducted by Forbes that sustained the search giant deserved this award as it offers the best atmosphere for high performance. In addition, the Google employees can use 20 percent of the work time for individual projects.

"At Google, our strategy is simple: we hire great people and encourage them to make their dreams a reality. We believe in hard work, a fun atmosphere, and the sort of creativity that only comes about when talented people from diverse backgrounds approach problems from varying perspectives," the search giant describes their inside atmosphere.

At this time, Google has numerous job openings all over the world because the search giant wants to conquer the Earth with new offices almost everywhere. For example, the Mountain View company is opening a new office in Israel, in a move meant to expand the firm's presence in the country.
