Although there's no official statement concerning the goal of the clips, it looks like a new attempt of campaign meant to improve the image of the Mountain View company and attract some new employees. The clips were first observed by Valleywag that also sustained the guest stars are some Google employees.

Personal favorites: Nina Kang who is ecstatic that she had to spend two hours fixing a bug in Google Maps that forced an infinite loop of U-turns and Eileen Naughton who tells us that chairmen of companies want to visit the Googleplex "to sit on the physioballs." Who doesn't, Eileen?" the publication said.
