The handset will have two pre-definable keys and will be a pre-paid phone.

The people from Imaginarium have created a super-small mobile phone, the Mo1, working with pre-paid plans, developed for kids between 6 and 12 years of age. If your kid doesn't already know how to operate your phone better then you, you can buy him/her this little device to learn the secrets of the mobile communication on a, somewhat, less complicated handset.

The phone has the classic call keys, answer and close, two keys for the menu, and most importantly, two pre-definable keys, on which you can set the phone numbers of his/her father and mother. Another pretty cool feature, for the parents that don't want to have a mobile phone addicted kid, is the possibility to limit how much calls and SMSs the device can receive (the ongoing matter is pretty much self solved if you understand what a pre-paid plan is).

I presume that with the appearance of this phone, the times when parents wondered entire hours through the neighborhood searching for their children because they couldn't afford to buy them a mobile phone are long gone.

This little communication gadget will be available beginning with December 2006 at a price of 59 ?, and will most probably be a joy time for the parents, instead of their kids, which will have to call their mom and dad every one or two hours to know exactly where they are and what they're doing (at least some of the parents would make them do this and for a very good reason, I might add).
