When it comes to parenting skills, the difference between dogs and cats is quite visible, with canines being rather patient with their puppies while felines are just a bit more efficient

Instead of waiting for their offspring to learn on their own time how to go down the stairs, cats prefer to give them a little push to help speed up the process.

The Labrador takes on the teaching by example method, showing how it is done first, and then patiently waiting for the puppy to join her, but the cat rapidly lends a helping paw pushing the kitten over the edge, landing on what sounds to be a pile of dishes.

With more than 800,000 views, the YouTube video emphasizes one major point, cats and dogs have a different view on the way puppies, or kittens, must learn.

The Internet joke rapidly went viral, with people arguing on which of the methods is more effective, and also preferred. The adventurous “cat way” may bring faster results, but at what cost?
