Barbara Streisand and Seth Rogen play mother and son in what must be one of the most charismatic and potentially awesome pairings in recent rom-com releases.
Because he feels bad that she’s dedicated her entire life to raising him, thus neglecting her own, he takes her on an 8-day trip across the country but, of course, things don’t go out as planned.
We can only hope for a happy ending.
“The Guilt Trip” opens in theaters on December 25 and is directed by Anne Fletcher, who also helmed the well-received “The Proposal.”
