It surely is a week of new trailers and demos, because after feasting upon the BioShock Xbox 360 demo yesterday, we now get the chance to check out a new Need for Speed ProStreet trailer here, a Developer's Diary to be more precise. This has just been released, but while snooping around for some extra info, we've come across some beautiful NFS girls, you can customize your Xbox dashboard with.

Before checking out the girls in the gallery below, you should know that the new developer's diary tells us a couple of neat facts about the new title. Michael Mann, Senior Producer of the game is here to reveal some new info about this NFS title. For example, it turns out that street racing will be more organized in ProStreet, showing the producer's perspective on how these types of races will look like 3 or 4 years from now. Players now get the chance to compete on the world stage, leaving the dull neighborhood and testing their skills in the Drift, Drag, Grip and Speed Challenge.

The ultimate goal is becoming the Street King, which is done through "baby steps"... First, you'll have to enter a qualifying showdown and dominate all the events in order to enter the street race. Then, all you have to do is take down the King in order to get his car and earn reputation.

The Player will have to face the Battle Machine organization while racing in the US and React Team Session in Europe and Asia. Once you're done with those, the Showdown King shows up to give you a hard time and teach you the meaning of street racing.

All you need to do is defeat all the kings in order to be crowned the new Street King, having mastered all of the driving styles. Oh boy, are we waiting for the release of the game, scheduled for October 31, 2007 on the Xbox 360, PS3, PS2, Wii, PSP, Nintendo DS, PC and mobile phones.
