More cosmetic improvements will be added to the MMO

The development team at ZeniMax Online and publisher Bethesda are continuing work on The Elder Scrolls Online and its major update 6 and the two companies are not only focusing on core gameplay mechanics, with the most recent info drop linked to the way armor for two of the included races will be improved.

Both the Orcs and the Redguard will look better than ever in the coming update, with more detail for all their armor sets and some cool new additions based on lore.

The developers are saying that they are looking for more elements of the game that they can upgrade in coming patches for The Elder Scrolls Online, which means that more visual elements could be improved soon.

The new armor looks good, but some sections of the player community will certainly be more interested in getting new gameplay mechanics and improvements to already existing ones.

It will be interesting to see whether the new free-to-play version of The Elder Scrolls Online will introduce a lot of cosmetic changes based on real-world money and whether those willing to spend will have characters that look much better than the newly revealed stock ones.

So far, the developers have not said exactly what they will offer in their Crown Store, and it seems that player-driven comments will be important for the final decisions.

The Elder Scrolls Online is finally making the move to the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4

When the new MMO based on the world of Tamriel was revealed, one of the major selling points was that it would work well on home consoles, completely adapted to the controller.

Since then, ZeniMax Online was forced to walk back some early statements and delay the launch of The Elder Scrolls Online on the Xbox One and the PlayStation 4.

The console versions of the MMO will be introduced on June 9 of this year and all accounts and acquired content will be kept separate based on platform.

The fact that The Elder Scrolls Online is moving to free-to-play might mean that its audience will expand and the resources that ZeniMax Online can count on as it develops new content for the MMO will probably expand as well.
