Panasonic’s Eco Navi house is an innovative Japanese concept that may answer the needs of those looking to purchase an eco-friendly home, with a zero impact upon the environment.

The Eco Navi nest can transform household polluters into a bad dream, a depressing memory from the past.

The showcased Japanese prototype can guarantee that every owner will be able to enjoy the comfort of his home, while preserving up to 30% of the total quantity of water, and liberating the atmosphere from up to 70% of the amount of CO2 emissions.

Officials from Panasonic say that, once implemented on a large commercial scale, this project can help the inhabitants better manage the usage of their appliances, like refrigerators, washing machines and even light bulbs, saving energy and making their utility bill shrink.

Innovative technology developed by scientists solves the daily issues of thousands of consumers, through easy-to-follow steps and user-friendly features.

Eco Navi comes equipped with a special sensor that detects human presence, therefore energy won't be wasted anymore. Also, the house has large windows that will allow more sunlight in, heating and lightning the building in a natural, eco-friendly way.

The entire house relies on extra-efficient solar panels, based on Panasonic’s revolutionary fuel cell system, which captures and uses hydrogen and oxygen to provide power.

Most of Eco Navi's magic happens in the bathroom. The company has succeeded in transforming the dull daily chores into enjoyable activities.

The project will revolutionize the way we do laundry, by establishing how dirty our clothes really are, and deciding which washing program is more appropriate. Sometimes, the devices around our house are more capable than we are, in so many aspects.

The Japanese team has proved this theory true, by stating that the innovative way of doing laundry is much more efficient, being able to save up to 9.24 gallons of water within a week.

Panasonic can't talk about energy-efficiency and innovation in the bathroom without bragging about Eco Navi's smart toilets, which come with heated seats, comfortable and warm enough to sit on them for days – if anyone would ever wish that.

For the common heated seats, one has to dig deep into his pockets, since they require energy 24/7. The new kind of toilet seats are much smarter than that, since the manufacturers were able to make them reach perfect temperature in just six seconds.

Again, nothing is wasted, since the presence sensor is the perfect Big Brother, which makes sure energy is preserved when its owner isn't actually sitting on the comfy toilet seat.
