Looking to find out how many calories you burn while performing your daily routine? Interested in how your sleeping process measures in terms of quality? Then, you probably already own a fitness band or something of that sort.

If not, you will be happy to know that soon to hit the shelves is the Bowflex Boost. Priced at $50 / €38, the device is said to hit the market sometime in September.

Just like many such bands before it, according to Engadget, there is also an iOS app that will sync your data through Bluetooth connectivity, so you can enjoy or dislike your body with accurate statistics.

I, for one, miss the days when jogging was fun and the only “devices” involved were your legs. There was no GPS tracking, no measuring my calories or tracking if I had nightmares or not.

Then again, we live in an age of connectivity so connectivity even in our sleep is sort of to be expected. The Matrix, here we come!
