14 DAY TRIAL // Yesterday, we were telling you that Marvel had released a brand new poster for the upcoming “The Avengers” but that it wasn't enough to keep fans going until release. Above is the second theatrical trailer.
It should do the trick – and then some.
The new clip offers plenty more footage from the film, including the moment the superheroes are brought together by Nick Furry to face the biggest threat the Earth has ever known, the actual attack and how they work together as a team.
As it turns out, they don't so much, which The Hulk makes pretty obvious when he says they're more of a ticking “time bomb” than a team.
While we can't get over the fact that all the leads got at least one line in this new trailer and Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) didn't, we have to say this looks pretty entertaining, to say the least.
“The Avengers” will be out in theaters on May 4, 2012.
