The robot is available in Japan

I am quite sure this robot is going to become popular. Why? Because it can open cans like a professional bartender.

If you're too tired of having trouble with a beer can, the robot can deal with all the cans you have to open, no matter the metal.

Of course, just as you probably expect, the Japanese are the ones who invented this cool robot. The Asahi BeerBot can store up to half a dozen cans of beer in its belly, which coincidentally or not, is a generous refrigerator, where you can put a lot of beer.

In fact you can store up to 7 cans of beer in its refrigerator belly. Just imagine how cool it would be to have such a smart tool near you while you're watching a football match. You wouldn't have to lose any important shot.

Robocco BeerBot will get to work and will pour a cold beer to you and your jealous friends. Personally, I would place the robot near the pool on a hot summer day, as there is nothing more refreshing than a glass of cold beer.

What you probably didn't know is that the robot was created during a science contest in Japan.

After several important improvements, the robot features a price tag of $800. The high-tech bartender is part of a promotion, Asahi is giving away 5,000 of its bots. All you have to do is find money for a ticket to Japan.

Unfortunately, this is another Japan-only deal, so if you want a robot bartender of your own, you'll either have to hop on a plane, or see if you can hire another amazing set, known as Motoman RoboBar.

Believe it or not, the robot can be purchased from any major store in Japan and comes with instructions in English. I don't have to tell you that this could be the gift any man dreams of!
