HTC fans that don’t live in either United Kingdom or United States will not be able to purchase the All New HTC One during the day of its release.

At least two companies have been confirmed to see the new flagship smartphone beginning later today, Carphone Warehouse and Verizon Wireless.

However, US-based carrier will only offer its own version of the All New HTC One, which might not work with other operators across the globe.

This leaves Carphone Warehouse as the only authorized reseller where HTC fans living outside the UK will be able to order the upcoming All New HTC One handset, assuming that the retailer is even shipping in other countries.

Anyway, the folks over at GSMArena reports that at least one other retailer promises to offer the All New HTC One for no less than $1,000 (€720) off contract.

Online retailer Welectronics has also published a short unboxing video as proof that they have the All New HTC One in stock. Unfortunately, at a close inspection we can see that the said retailer only has the Verizon-branded version of the All New HTC One.

This means that only those customers who are certain that a Verizon smartphone will actually be compatible with their favorite operator’s network will want to purchase this All New HTC One variant.

Then there’s the problem of price, as the All New HTC One listed at Welectronics is way too expensive to be considered a good investment.

However, those who can’t wait for the smartphone to arrive in their country and are willing to pay a small fortune for the device may as well take this offer into consideration.

According to Welectronics, the smartphone will come equipped with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 801 chipset that accommodates a 2.3GHz quad-core processor an Adreno 330 graphics processing unit.

There are 2GB of RAM and 32GB of storage inside, but users will be able to further expand internal memory up to 64GB via microSD card.

The 5-inch Super LCD3 capacitive touchscreen display supports full HD (1080p) resolution and features Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating for extra protection.

Software-wise, the All New HTC One will ship with Android 4.4.2 KitKat operating system out of the box, along with the new HTC Sense 6.0 UI.

The new user interface is supposed to make it to other HTC smartphones later this year, but we’re still waiting for an official confirmation.
