While Texas' Lieutenant Governor David Dewhurst has already called the SB 5 abortion bill dead, there are still debates on whether the law is passed.

Technology Policy Analyst for The Moderate Voice, Kathy Gill has recorded the fact that the Texas Legislature might have modified the time stamps on the votes taken after midnight.

As I told you, the 10-hour filibuster played out by Democrat Senator Wendy Davis prompted the delay of the votes.

After the voting session ended, two votes appeared as recorded after midnight. As you can see in the screen capture attached to this article, in the screen grab placed on the bottom all votes are recorded on June 25.

However, Twitter users called out the mistake, as deliberations on the Texas SB 5 drew a lot of support for Davis on social media.
