You can download this new updated via the Xbox online service even if you don't have a paid account. With this new update E-trade has been reintroduced, the bike-handling has been fine-tuned and rank anomalies have been set straight.
This patch brings the most improvement in multiplayer mode, namely when in Instant Challenges cars now start at the same point, the host is no longer placed at the rear of the starting line and users can now switch to Ready when accepting an Invitation from an Extra Challenge. Times rankings and speed rankings fixed, various exploits have been removed and police AI issues when disconnected from Xbox Live have been fixed.
Menu options have also been altered and as such, MY COUNTRY filer now loads when checking ranking leader boards in the house. All of this sounds great so get on the Marketplace and start downloading.
