Footage of the scary moment when a bull elephant goes into a raging attack on car, flipping it in the middle of the road and trampling it in front of other passengers going that way, emerged on YouTube just days ago, shocking viewers.

The clip was recorded by tourists visiting Kruger National Park in South Africa in December. The people who filmed the event were in the car behind the one trampled by the aggressive elephant and turned back and ran at the sight of the happening.

The car was a wreck after the attack and luckily the two passengers involved in the incident are alive and well. The couple was taken to the hospital after the woman was injured by one of the elephant's tucks that penetrated the car and the man suffered fewer and less serious injuries, notes Metro.

The footage shows the elephant standing in front of the car and wandering around it before raging on the vehicle and turning it around while the couple was still inside. The angry animal was put down after this incident and several other fights with other mammals prior to that.
