TeleNav has added a new version to their line of highly evolved GPS software. This enables anyone to send their current position to other mobile phone users or just to find their own way to specific locations.

TeleNav 5.2 is only the latest version of this program which has been used by a lot of people for three years now. Its high performances have proved it to be the most efficient solution for receiving GPS (Global Positioning Services) at high standards.

This latest version of the software brings several improvements in the overall performance that this is capable of. TeleNav 5.2 now offers location sharing, which means that people will also have the possibility of sending their current location to other mobile phone users and not just receive information on the positions of different service providers. For this to be possible, the other cellular owner is not necessarily supposed to have TeleNav installed. All information that they receive comes in the shape of a text message and a link to a map and "static directions".

Moreover, TeleNav 5.2 offers business ratings and several other services which are meant to keep the user informed and entertained. All this is done through a frog design interface, which greatly eases the user's navigation through the menu.

Other useful features that this software comes with include the user-reviewed businesses, which make it possible for users to read elaborate descriptions of certain restaurants, such as reviews and even write one themselves. The same thing goes for businesses, hotels and movie theaters. Even more, with TeleNav Fuel Finder, users can have access to information on the cheapest gas prices for the day.

TeleNav 5.2 will be available for Sprint customers first, looking for a future expansion on other markets too. The service will be available through a subscription of USD 10.
