Katie Hill used to be known as Luke, although you couldn't tell by looking at this picture that this pretty teenager was once a military officer's son. Ballet dancer and beauty pageant contestant, Emerald turned into Arin, the strapping young man you see in the photograph, The Sun reports.
The pair knew about each other’s backgrounds when they met, during gender-changing clinical sessions at a clinic in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The now 18-year-old girl and 16-year-old boy have no problem showing their affection in public, and most people don't even have a clue about how hard they struggled to embrace their bodies like they have, and to find a partner.
“We look so convincing as a boy and a girl nobody even notices now,” Katie says.
