Very high and low temperatures are known to make life hard for pretty much everything, and technology is no exception, although Team Group does plan to do something about it.

The company's newest announcement states that the next order of business is to come up with the "industrial control wide-temperature series."

It will have modules and kits using the registered DIMM, ECC U-DIMM, VLP U-DIMM and Micro-DIMM form factors.

They all should be able to work properly and not suffer any extra strain as long as things don't go above 95°C or below -40°C.

Servers, medical equipment, monitoring systems and industrial computers are going to benefit from this the most.

Team Group has vowed to ensure that all industrial control wide-temperature series have JEDEC compliance and 30μ PCBs, for extra stability.
