The new storage device is shaped like a glove, though it is nowhere near in size

As we said in the past, design quirks are the only means left to make portable storage devices stand out, especially flash drives. So the folks at Team Group figured they might as well embody the holiday spirit when they made the Team T134 UFD.

Well, that might not be totally accurate, because it doesn't really take the winter holidays for people to start wearing mittens. All it takes is a drop in temperature, whether or not snow is involved.

The Team T134 UFD is a flash drive that looks like one of those gloves that people traipse around with, or use to make snowballs.

Sadly, or fortunately depending on your view, the drive isn't even close to the size of an open human palm.

It's even smaller than flash drives usually get, because of the increasingly popular COB technology (chip-on-board).

What's more, the product is designed with flexible silicone material, rendering it shock-resistant, waterproof, and dustproof.

Furthermore, Team Group made is so that the Team logo tag hangs from the drive by a small ball chain. And it's not just an obligatory trademark either, but a means to ensure the cap isn't lost.

Basically, to use the flash drive, you need to pull off the top part of the glove. Said part of the glove can then be fixed on the tag.

Team Group chose to create the Team T134 in two “warm and cozy colors,” although one might be divided on whether or not green is as “lively” as the company says. No comments on the pink.

Then again, other than conifers, all trees lose their foliage in autumn and winter, which has led to green being considered the color of life (since green leaves sprout again in spring, flowers aside). So the shade of green (compounded by blue) is fitting for the newcomer.

Sadly, the 8 GB, 16 GB and 32 GB USB 2.0 flash drives don't have prices yet.
