The RAM operates at 1600 MHz normally, but can go much higher

Since high-end hardware seems to be the norm of the month, Team Group has officially launched the ZEUS Overclocking memory, which has DDR3-1600 MHz clocks and CL9 latencies (CL 9-9-9-24). The capacity is of 8 GB.

The Team Group Zeus memory module is 3 cm tall (1.18 inches) and is cooled by a heatspreader colored red, gold or blue.

The capacity is of 4 GB, which is why the dual-channel kit is of 8 GB in total.

The base voltage is of 1.45V to 1.5V, but being able to modify it is what lies at the basis of the high overclocking potential of the RAM.

In fact, Team Group is so confident in the overclocking potential that it sells the Zeus with a warranty plan that covers even failures suffered under serious tweaks (within reason of course).

Team Group ZEUS Overclocking memory is selling for €69.90 / $94.72.
