They’re also very famous and, what’s even better, they’re just at the beginning of the road from a professional standpoint. It’s no wonder then that Taylor Swift and Taylor Lautner are seen by many as the ideal couple, especially in light of their recent hockey date, as People puts it.
The singer, 19, picked up the “Twilight” sensation, 17, straight from the airport and then took him directly to the game. The two Taylors left together (of course) and then presumably spent more time away from the prying cameras of the paparazzi. This, combined with reports dating back when they were still shooting for “Valentine’s Day,” is more than enough to make some fans believe that this could be the beginning of a very beautiful romance.

Both dressed in chic black, Lautner, 17, and Swift, 19 – who are costarring in the movie ‘Valentine’s Day’ – attended the game between the Columbus Blue Jackets and the Los Angeles Kings at the Staples Center. Earlier in the day, the country singer and her driver picked up the Twilight hunk at Los Angeles airport before heading to the game.” People writes of the so-called date.
“After catching some hockey, the costars were seen in the lobby of a hotel in Beverly Hills. ‘Taylor Swift was all dolled up and looked super pretty,’ an eyewitness tells PEOPLE. ‘She didn’t seem to mind the attention… Taylor Lautner, on the other hand, was hiding under a hoody.’ The costars closeness doesn’t come as a surprise to anyone who saw Swift give Lautner a very special hug at her concert in Chicago a couple [of] weeks ago.” the mag further says.
Fans will also remember that, not long ago, Taylor Swift was talking to the media about having to kiss Lautner on the set of the film they did together, and describing that intimate moment as “life-changing.” However, reps for both stars have so far refused to comment on the ongoing rumor that they’re dating.
