Shocking photos of Tara Palmer-Tomkinson show something is wrong with her nose again

Socialite, author, television personality and model Tara Palmer-Tomkinson was photographed the other day, with her nose looking worse for wear, which has sparked speculation it may have collapsed again.

Following many years of heavy cocaine use, Tomkinson had corrective surgery on her nose, after she realized Botox was of no use to sustain it where she no longer had cartilage.

At the time, the star was very open about her predicament, saying she was left with nothing but “air” after such a long time addicted to drugs.

Now, the Daily Mail says, it would seem that she’s again forced to go under the knife, since her nose has become deflated and shapeless, not to mention oriented to the side.

“The 38-year-old socialite’s nose, straightened four years ago in a painful £6,000 operation, was looking swollen and dented once again,” the Mail writes.

“She was pictured outside her home in West London three weeks after she appeared in public looking gaunt and skinny, with bulging veins in her arms,” the tabloid further says.

Before the surgery, Tara had Botox injected in her nose, in a bid to keep it from collapsing, since her septum had been destroyed through cocaine use.

In 2006, she had cartilage taken from her ear and used to reshape and fix her nose but, judging by the latest photos, she may have to undergo surgery again.

“Tara has had rhinoplasty to correct the septum and the tip of the nose,” Dr. Roberto Viel of the London Centre for Aesthetic Surgery tells the Mail.

“In my opinion, the result has left her looking disfigured. The nostrils are too small and it looks as if there is too big an implant in the septum position,” Dr. Viel explains.

The Mail tried to contact Tomkinson’s publicist for comment on the photos that suggest she may need surgery again but, as of now, it got no response.
