A new teaser for Lifetime’s docuseries True Tori, with Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott, has been released and I’ll say this before you get to see it: if all this is fake and the drama is created by them to get media attention, as it’s believed to be the case, these two are better actors than they get credit for.

This new teaser, which you will find embedded below, shows Tori and Dean talking to a marriage counselor about his affair, which took place late last year and became public knowledge right before Christmas, when a tabloid ran an interview with the woman he cheated on Tori with.

Tori tells him that, no matter how much he claims otherwise, she can’t believe that he was disgusted by and ashamed of himself for sleeping with another woman. Right after he cheated on her, he spoke to her and acted perfectly normal, she reminds him.

This is when things get really uncomfortable to watch because Dean bursts into tears and acts as if “it’s like an ice pick through [his] head;” that is, that the memory of his cheating and talking about this “disgusting” act on his part is causing him physical pain.

Tori starts to cry as well, and the video ends with a cliffhanger: will they continue the discussion or just drop it because it’s too painful for Dean?

Again, considering all that talk that the series is as fake as snow in California, assuming even 10 percent of the rumors are accurate, this makes Tori and Dean Oscar-worthy performers. Check it out.
