I loved coloring books when I was a child and used to spend hours carefully filling the illustrations so that I wouldn't outstrip the lines, but I guess I forgot about them too early.

US-based artist Peter Deligdisch, aka Peter Draws has taken the coloring books to a whole new level by creating intricate black and white illustrations for people to fill with colored crayons. His book, titled “Between the Lines: An Expert Level Coloring Book,” features a plethora of amazing line drawings and allows you to unleash you inner wild child, and travel to an emotionally stress-free place.

However, be advised that this is a coloring book for experts, as the illustrations are very complex and you will need a lot of patience to fill them up with color.

The 23-year-old artist, known for his creative doodles, basically increased the coloring book level from easy to hardcore with his new illustrations. With so much intricate detail, his artwork gives a stunning impression of texture even if it's drawn on paper.

Moreover, Peter Deligdisch has exploited his talent in other areas too, as he has given a new dimension to his artwork by drawing and doing pyrography on animal skulls.

The artist documents his work on his YouTube Channel, where he uploads time-lapses of his doodles. However, I admit that even after watching some of the videos I'm still amazed and unable to understand how he creates these intricate works of art.

Check out some of his art pieces in the photo gallery below.
