Recently, Taiwan's A Team Computer released the MC-213NF PMP, which features a minimalist design, a sleek and ultra portable shape and simple to use controls.

Apart from being a decent looking player, it can display 25 images in thumbnail format at the same time with the music playback, and can also do a slide show set to your choice of music. It also comes with an FM radio function integrated in the system and a digital voice recorder, so now you can keep a couple of extra funny memos or the grocery list right in the player's memory.

Besides that, the MC-213NF has a generous 2-inch TFT-LTPS display that has a 640 x 240 pixels resolution and a USB 2.0 port. For a bit of memory boost, the MLC flash memory is supported. Other features in the technical specifications list include ID3 tag display support, playback sequence selection and easy file management via Windows Media Player 10 or 11, not to mention the possibility to customize the player's sound, choosing from seven equalizer modes.

Regarding the player's capabilities, it supports MP4, AVI, MPEG1/2, MP3 and WMA files, so just about all the popular file formats on the market. The player supports Microsoft PlaysForSure 1.21/2.0 and complete DRM10 technology and comes with OTG capability for file transfer between MP3 players and U-Dis. The player comes with both High-Capacity SLC and MLC NAND FLASH and it's packed with reliable MLC technology from Toshiba.

The A Team Computer has a long list of products on the site and there are also some other players that you might be interested in. The best thing with this kind of products is definitely their price tag that kicks a lot of competitors' asses. By the way, for those of you who are interested in the pricing details: you can find it on various online retailers for a mere 80 bucks.

However, the market is full of copycat players that offer all the possible features under a cheap plastic and hilarious brand. Hopefully, A Team is not on that list!
