It comes with Gingerbread and Sense UI, support fro TELUS' fast network

Canadian mobile phone carrier TELUS is reportedly gearing up for the release of a new Android-based mobile phone on its 4G network, none other than the HTC Amaze 4G smartphone that was already made available in the United States at T-Mobile.

The new device is currently on a coming soon page on the wireless carrier's website, and is said to be on its way to shelves starting with November 4th, at least this is what recently leaked documents from the company show.

Powered by Google's Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system, the new device also includes the HTC Sense 30 UI on top, which should provide users with a great experience anywhere they go.

The handset features a large 4.3-inch touchscreen display that can deliver a qHD (540 x 960 pixels) resolution, as well as a fast application processor for increased performance capabilities.

Not to mention that it was packed with an 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back, with sucpport for recording videos in full HD.

Some of the main features of the new smartphone include:

- Download and stream media with the powerful dual core processor at lightening fast speeds of up to 42 Mbps - Enjoy a stunning 16:9 full screen 4.3" qHD display, with no cropping or black bars - Capture and share beautiful low-light HD photos and easily create sweeping panoramic shots - Create HD movies with themes, photo clips, transition effects, wallpapers and background music - Access apps and info quickly and easily with the new HTC Sense 3.0 UI - Access over 250,000 free and paid Android Market apps The handset also comes with a microSD memory card slot inside (an 8GB memory card included from the start), as well as with support for WiFi and Bleutooth connectivity, and with access to TELUS' fast network. It was packed with a GPS receiver too, for offering support for navigation services.
