The handset might come to the market in early November after all

Wireless carrier T-Mobile is reportedly sending out invitations for a BlackBerry event it plans to hold on November 5, and which might be nothing more than the launch of the newly rumored BlackBerry Bold 2 (9700). The event is to be held in New York City on that day, yet it won't be the only one of the kind it seems, as another one is set for November 3 in Los Angeles.

The BlackBerry Bold 2 has been rumored a few times before to be heading for the market sometime in mid-November, and the BlackBerry-related event T-Mobile will host at the beginning of next month suggests that the device might indeed hit the shelves in the aforementioned time frame. The device was expected at one moment to be announced at the end of October, but early November doesn't sound too bad either, that's for sure.

As many of you might already know, T-Mobile made the same move a while ago with another mobile phone from Canadian handset maker Research In Motion, the BlackBerry Curve 8520, when it presented the device at a series of 51 events all around the United States. Since the history tends to repeat itself, and BGR shows that this is the case now, one should expect for the Blackberry Bold 2 to make an appearance with T-Mobile in about a month from now.

The device in itself seems capable of proving a great option over previous BlackBerry handsets, considering features like high-speed 3G Web browsing, visual voicemail, Wi-Fi calling and support for corporate and personal e-mail options, the 3.2-megapixel photo snapper it should include, a 480 x 360 resolution display, QWERTY keyboard, Bluetooth connectivity, support for quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE and UMTS/HSDPA connectivity, and more. The BlackBerry Bold 2 has been around for quite some time now and, although it was only rumored to make an appearance before the end of the ongoing year, it seems that our hopes might finally materialize. Additional details on the device and on its availability and pricing should emerge in the near future, so stay tuned to learn more on it.
