Wireless services provider T-Mobile USA has just announced details on the upcoming availability and pricing of HTC Sensation 4G, the most powerful handset in their offering.

The new device should arrive on shelves by June 15th, the company notes, adding that it would feature a price tag of $199.99 upon the singing of a two-year contract agreement and after a mail-in rebate.

Apparently, Walmart would have the device available for purchase starting with June 12th, three days earlier than T-Mobile's stores and other channels.

The HTC Sensation 4G is expected to prove a great device for T-Mobile's customers, just as its name suggests, and the carrier plans on marketing it as such.

Here's what T-Mobile announced, in a post on their Facebook account:

And here's the 'sensational' news you've been waiting for: the official launch date and pricing.

The HTC Sensation 4G will arrive in stores by June 15 and offered for $199.99 after a $50 mail-in-rebate with a two-year service agreement and qualifying voice and data plan. In just a few days, T-Mobile’s most powerful smartphone can be all yours! The HTC Sensation 4G sports about the same features and specs as the model that arrives on shelves in other markets around the world.

It has a large 4.3-inch touchscreen display on the front, capable of delivering a qHD resolution, and hiding beneath it a fast 1.2GHz dual-core application processor, a Qualcomm Snapdragon chip.

The mobile phone also includes an 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back, with HD video recording capabilities, dual LED flash and auto-focus, and a front-facing camera for video calling.

The new handset would offer support for the wireless carrier's HSPA+ network, hence the “4G” part of its name, as well as support for WiFi and Bluetooth connectivity, 3.5mm headphone jack, GPS receiver, or the usual set of sensors.

HTC Sensation 4G would also come with a pre-installed 8GB memory card, but offers support for up to 32GB of additional storage space.

The smartphone is powered by Google's Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system, with the HTC Sense UI loaded on top of it. It comes with a range on pre-loaded applications, as well as with support for downloading and installing more of them through the Android Market.
