Even though Samsung previously released many Galaxy S II variants in North America, it appears that the company won't do the same with its latest Android flagship smartphone, the Galaxy S III.

At least not when it comes to form factor and design. The folks over at The Verge have just received the first press photo of the Samsung Galaxy S III for T-Mobile USA and the phone looks exactly like the international version.

It features the same layout with a big physical home button and two touch sensitive keys. On the back it's got the same 8-megapixel camera with LED flash and a small loudspeaker.

According to the latest hearsay, T-Mobile USA plans to launch the Galaxy S III on June 20, though the carrier has yet to confirm it.

Unlike other carriers T-Mobile will release both 16GB and 32GB models, though there are no details on pricing options for the moment.

Hopefully, Samsung will be able to solve the stock shortage issue for the Pebble Blue Galaxy S III, so T-Mobile USA will be in the position to launch both color options at the same time.

In a worst case scenario customers will only be able to purchase the Marble White Galaxy S III at launch and the Pebble Blue version a few weeks later.

There's a high chance that T-Mobile's variant of Galaxy S III will feature the same specs sheet as the global version with a slight change. T-Mobile's Galaxy S III will probably be shipped with HSPA+ (42Mbps) support, while the European model only supports HSPA+(21Mbps).

It will be interesting to see the hardware configuration of the T-Mobile-bounded Galaxy S III, as the Canadian version has already been confirmed to come with Qualcomm's Snapdragon S4 chipset that packs a dual-core processor clocked at 1.5 GHz.
