T-Mobile seems determined to prove to the world that it can offer its users the best possible satisfaction – mainly after J.D. Power & Associates has awarded the company for the highest customer satisfaction in the US for the fifth year in a row – by offering even more to its subscribers. It seems that T-mobile USA has been able to provide users with lackluster reliability and good call quality, which top in customer service.

And since customer satisfaction primes, the company announced recently that it would offer support on its networks for those who use an unlocked iPhone, as a response to numerous customer complaints, and it promised that said support would come within the following six months.

In order for you to make an idea of what the problems were all about, we have to say that the wireless carrier has deployed a recent network update that has affected some of its customers who use unlocked iPhones. It seems that the update performed to the network changed the manner in which the voicemails were sent out to customers, which translated into users receiving blank text messages.

In addition, said subscribers also received the messages with dates from the future, and, while the issue was not spread too much, it managed to raise concerns among the T-Mobile customers who used unlocked iPhones. After hearing the complaints, the operator stated that it would take care of the problem within the next half a year, but managed to do it in a matter of days, and already announced that the issue was solved.

There is not much else to add here, except maybe for the fact that the company's subscribers can rejoice knowing that it can solve their problems so quickly. At the same time, this comes as proof of the fact that T-Mobile intends to win once again the US wireless competition for customer satisfaction, but we should wait for next year to see if that happens.
