Android fans looking to grab one of the latest smartphones launched on the market but cannot afford the high price are in for a nice surprise.

Amazon is now offering the Sidekick 4G for a mere $29.99, as well as the freshly awarded by the Guinness Book World of Records, T-Mobile G2X, which is now available for $99.99.

Both deals require customers to sign a new two-year T-Mobile contract, but Amazon also throws in free two-day shipping for anyone purchasing the smartphones.

Currently, T-Mobile USA is offering the Sidekick 4G for $99.99 and the G2X for $199.99, both with new two-year agreements.

However, the carrier is also giving away a car charger for each customer who purchases the Sidekick 4G, but the offer is time limited.

Existing T-Mobile customers can acquire the Sidekick 4G for $49.99, while the G2X is priced at $149.99.

Both phones are delivered with support for T-Mobile's HSPA+ network, as well as Android 2.2 Froyo on board.

Manufactured by LG and launched on the market last month, the G2X is the world's first mobile phone to feature a dual-core processor.

The device is powered by a dual-core 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 AP20H processor, which is complemented by a ULP GeForce GPU (graphics processing unit).

The carrier's G2X comes with T-Mobile TV service, NVIDIA Tegra Zone, T-Mobile Video Chat, as well as full social networking integration.

The Sidekick 4G is equipped with a single 1 GHz ARM Cortex-A8 processor and PowerVR SGX540 GPU.

The device is a successful follow-up of the Sidekick series, which is very popular among T-Mobile's customers.

Its main purpose is to offer consumers a smooth texting experience using its comfortable full QWERTY keyboard.

The slider is available in Matte black or Pearl magenta, but it appears that the latter is temporarily out of stock.

No word has been given on how long this exceptional offer might last, but it’s likely that this is a time-limited offer.
