Problems at T-Mobile

All T-Mobile systems for re-upping users' prepaid phone minutes are currently inoperable, but also have not been functioning correctly for several days. This means malfunctions for online, phone-based and refill hotspots.

Some things have been going wrong over at T-Mobile, from what we can see. The company's systems for refilling prepaid cards has encountered a problem and stopped functioning properly. That's a shame for T-Mobile and a few reasons to enjoy for the four million people in the US that are using this company's mobile services.

T-Mobile, which is based in Bellevue, Wash has worked on finding ways to solve the problem as soon as possible. Until then, customers with no minutes left could keep making and receiving calls within the US for free. Given the circumstances, they have most probably found the matter to be a happy one and take advantage of the situation.

How can T-Mobile complain on the large number of free minutes that they have actually given away by 11 PM on the 27th of July? After all, the entire situation is the result of their own mistake. The company has made no official statement up to this point in order to reveal the complete causes which have caused the crash.

The company seems to have been facing a large number of bad organization lately, as several hints of the iPhone coming at T-Mobile Germany have also been spotted on their website. The carrier acted like these were mistakes and not desperate screams for attention over the possibility of closing a deal with Apple.

Their new prepaid refill was probably not a voluntary action; it might have been only if the company decided to make all their subscribers empty their cards, but it is very unlikely in this case.
