Although we had it confirmed from multiple sources, the upcoming availability of HTC One has just been officially announced by T-Mobile USA.

The Magenta carrier has just confirmed via Twitter that the HTC One will arrive on its airwaves on April 24. Customers who wish to purchase the flagship smartphone will be able to do so for a $100/€75 down payment and $20 monthly installment payments for 24 months.

HTC One will be available for purchase in the United States beginning April 19, but only Sprint and AT&T will launch the smartphone later this week.

With T-Mobile confirming the HTC One will arrive next week, Verizon remains the only major carrier in the US that has yet to announce anything regarding HTC’s flagship smartphone.

Anyway, customers who wish to purchase T-Mobile’s HTC One can either get it for the amount we mentioned earlier or head over to the nearest Best Buy store and get it on subsidy for $250/€190.

It is also worth mentioning that T-Mobile will only sell the 32GB model, as AT&T has already announced it has exclusivity over the 64GB variant.

Given the fact HTC One does not come with microSD card slot for memory expansion, it appears that AT&T scored quite a deal by handling the sales of the 64GB model.

As a refresher, the One will ship with Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box at all carriers. However, HTC promised that an Android 4.2 upgrade would be available for download at some point.

Hardware-wise, the smartphone is pretty powerful thanks to the 1.7GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor and Adreno 320 graphics processing unit. Furthermore, HTC One packs 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory.

On the back, it boasts an enhanced 4-Ultrapixel camera with autofocus, LED flash and full HD (1080p) recording, while in the front there’s a secondary 2.1-megapixel camera for video calls.

Another selling point of the HTC One is the stunning 4.7-inch Super LCD3 capacitive touchscreen display that supports full HD (1080p) resolution and features Corning Gorilla Glass 2 coating.
