Motorola's KRZR K1 has already been launched all across the US and is available at Verizon, Sprint and Cingular, but not yet on T-Mobile.

Although somewhat later than expected, it looks like T-Mobile is now also going to offer the KRZR K1 to its customers and the launch date has been scheduled for the 26th of March.

And while not doing anything out of the ordinary while designing their phones, Motorola's handsets still manage to be popular and widely distributed, as now, all major operators in the US will be offering the KRZR K1.

Comparing to the competition's MOTOKRZR's, the one on T-Mobile also comes with Stereo Bluetooth support. Otherwise, the features remain pretty much the same, including a 2 megapixel camera, 262k color 176 x 220 pixel display, quad-band GSM and EDGE support, music player with support for several file formats, speakerphone and Instant messaging.

As it is a GSM version, T-Mobile's KRZR K1 will not include the external music controls. Another thing that will set this K1 apart from the ones available on the other carriers is its silver quartz color that is exclusive to T-Mobile.

The mobile phone will apparently last for up to 400 minutes of talk time or 350 hours on standby. While it's just the same K1 with a new paint job, it's nice that T-Mobile customers who like this phone, will now also be able to get one.

On Verizon and Cingular the Motorola KRZR K1 is available for exactly the same price, which is $200 with a 2-year contract after mail-in rebates, but at the moment there is no information regarding the price it will have on T-Mobile, and while it might come with a lower price, it definitely won't cost more than on the other two carriers.
