Take a look at the changes in Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.RU3

On Thursday, IT security solutions provider Symantec updated Symantec Endpoint Protection, an enterprise-grade product that allows organization to protect their servers and workstations against cyber threats. 

According to the company, Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.RU3 addresses several issues, including 120 customer defects and security vulnerabilities in third-party components.

The latest release also adds support for Outlook 2013, Exchange 2013 server, SONAR User Mode Hooking, and for the SONAR and IPS intelligent updater.

Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.RU3 incorporates the ability to restore clean files from quarantine. It also brings integration of customer fixes from the previous SEP 11.0.7.4 release, and integration with Insight for Private Clouds appliance.

The Mac client, the Linux client, Enforcer and Security Virtual Appliance (SVA) remain unchanged.
