14 DAY TRIAL // Surgeon Simulator maker Bossa Studios has announced that its hit game managed to surpass the impressive 2 million sales mark.
Surgeon Simulator is available on Windows PC, Mac OS X, Linux, iOS, Android, and on the PlayStation 4 home entertainment system. The game was initially released in 2013 and is played from a first-person perspective.
Although the game's title is Surgeon Simulator, the game is far from offering a simulation of the surgical experience, but instead proposes something that resembles Buster Keaton's comedy, based on physical gags and clumsiness.
Players can move the surgeon's hand and rotate it, having individual keys to press in order to control digits, and some people find it funny due to the severe lack of coordination when trying to perform mundane tasks such as grabbing a scalpel.
Things tend to get out of hand pretty fast once you have to perform heart and kidney transplants, and there are also various extra modes such as trying to perform operations while inside an ambulance, to add to the general sense of chaos.

Bossa Studios is currently working on Worlds Adrift, a physics-based crafting game oriented toward multiplayer interactions.
