The Channel 4 show “Supersize vs. Superskinny,” presented by Dr. Christian Jessen at his Feeding Clinic, has introduced to the world a man who can easily run for the title of world's human doughnut.

At 25, Rob Gillet has only a few teeth in his mouth because of his addiction to sweets, and he's actually wider than he is tall, as the video below will confirm.

Those not familiar with the reality series must know, if they haven't guessed it already, that it aims to tackle two of today's biggest problems: obesity and eating disorders.

In order to help sufferers of both understand that they're eating or starving themselves into the ground, the show pairs them (one overweight, one underweight), switches their diets and then proposes a change for the better.

Rob Gillet is huge. Not only is he wider than he is tall, but he also has health issues few other 25-year-olds have to face. He's never had a normal life either.

He's just started to realize that, if he keeps this up, he might not have many years left, so he wants to change.

Gillet believes his grandmother's cooking might have influenced his addiction to food, in that she taught him to eat large portions even though he was full, and plenty of sweets.

He's also addicted to Coca Cola, of which he drinks a few liters every day.

“My addiction is mostly for sweet stuff, like chocolate, biscuits and cakes. And I quite like a pie, once in a while. I don’t like what I see in the mirror but when I see the food I just want to eat it. And eat, eat, eat,” he says.

Because he's so heavy, he's never had a girlfriend and he knows he won't meet any girls if he keeps this up. Crying himself to sleep every night is not enough in terms of making a change, though.

“I don’t chat to girls. I just don’t see the point anymore. I want to lose weight so I can fit into fashionable clothes, be one of the lads, go out and meet friends,” he says.

“But I do like my doughnuts with cream in, they’re my favorites, although I will eat most cakes. I’m a picker, I like to pick things and I’m always picking,” Gillet adds.

On this particular episode of the show, he was paired with Hayley, who is a foodphobic. She says she's not deliberately starving herself, but she does see food as an impediment, a waste of time.
