Earlier this month, the company introduced a new line of mini PCI-Express SSDs, specifically designed for ASUS Eee PC netbook systems, offering 16GB, 32GB and 64GB capacities. It now appears that Super Talent has extended its lineup of small-sized drives with the addition of the new 0.85-inch and 1.0-inch SSDs, which have been designed using Intel's NAND Flash-based solid state drive technology.

Super Talent's new SSD offerings are based on the Z-P140 SSD from Intel, which is basically a NAND-based storage solution that combines a controller with a single level cell memory. The new SSDs from Super Talent have been designed for use in UMPC (Ultra Mobile PC) and DMB (Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) devices. The design features on the new Super Talent SSDs enable the maker to claim its latest product as being among the world's tiniest SSDs.
Heading on to the technical specifications of the new storage solutions, you should know that the 0.85-inch models are only available in 2GB and 4GB capacities, while the 1-inch ones range from 2GB to 8GB, in terms of storage capacity. All of them, however, come with a 40/30 MB/sec Read/Write speed specification.
Unfortunately, Super Talent hasn't specified any other technical details on the new additions.
